We process the following of your data

On the website:

  • Contact form – name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, company (or organisation) name. If such an option is placed with this form of communication and you have marked your consent to receive news and commercial offers, we will have the right to send to the e-mail address information about planned seminars, conferences, events and other marketing events and commercial offers (no more than one commercial offer in one calendar week).
  • Cookies – i.e., files that websites place on users’ computers to recognise the user and facilitate the use of the website, as well as to provide an opportunity to improve its operation. We will store such data for no longer than five years from the moment of fulfilment of contractual obligations;
  • Analysing applications for events and their evaluation questionnaires – name, surname, company name, e-mail address and telephone number.

For applications to vacancies:

  • Evaluating applications to vacancies – the information indicated in the application letter and CV, which does not contain sensitive data. We do not request to indicate any type of sensitive data in applications and CVs and we rely that you will not provide such to us, therefore upon receiving such data, we will delete them immediately.

Duration of data processing

We will process personal data only for as long as there is a legal basis for it and it is necessary in order to:

  • Provide products, services and information that you or your company has requested.
  • Contact you regarding the request that you have submitted to us.
  • Ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of regulatory enactments.
  • Administer your choices and rights that you have exercised in accordance with this privacy policy.
  • Realise our legitimate interests.

  • Customer Service – we will store these data for no longer than two years from the moment when the fulfilment of contractual obligations has ended.

  • Video surveillance – on our premises it is performed by SIA Datlex. We will store such data for no longer than eight weeks from the moment of the recording.

When providing services:

  • Telephone communication with the service desk – no longer than twelve months from the moment of the recording.
  • For marketing needs – no longer than five years from the moment of the last transaction.
  • Ensuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations – no longer than five years from the moment of fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  • Analysing applications for events and their evaluation questionnaires – name, surname, company name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will store such data for no longer than five years from the moment of the event.

For applications to vacancies:

  • Evaluating applications to vacancies – no longer than three months from the moment when a contract has been concluded with the selected candidate.

Third parties

We will not transfer personal data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable conduct of business activities, for example, for receiving website analytics, administrative services or ensuring customer service and protection of our interests. However, in such a case we will ensure that these third parties will process personal data only in accordance with our instructions and will not be able to use them for other purposes. These third parties are required to protect your data in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments and our contracts.

We may transfer your personal data to law enforcement authorities, as well as state and local government authorities upon their request, if it is required by regulatory enactments, as well as to defend our legal interests by preparing, submitting and defending legal claims.
